UHP Waterjet Cleaning System (Three Plunger Pump)
Three plunger pump type UHP water jet cleaning machine has dual high pressure protection. It can protect the system automatically against ultra high pressure up to 300 Mpa. Our ultra high pressure water jet cleaning system also has dual inspection and protection function. Our system will also stop working if filter unit is blocked or water is inadequate. DARDI three plunger pump UHP water jet cleaning machine has two drive systems. DTPS-10030-D, DTPS-16030-D, DTPS-21030-D and DTPS-30030-D type adopt diesel drive system while DTPS-10030, DTPS-16030, DTPS-21030 and DTPS-30030 ultra high pressure water jet cleaning systems use electric motor drive system.
- Features of Three Plunger Pump Water Jet Cleaning Machine
- This ultra high pressure water jet cleaning system is equipped with low pressure sensor. If it detects water pressure is lower than the required level, it will give an alarm and then the whole system will shut down. Pressure output can be adjusted by a pressure valve. Our water jet cleaning machines have relief valves. If the water pressure inside is higher than the required level, the valve will release pressure.
- This ultra high pressure water jet cleaning system is installed with a two-tier filtering system that can eliminate particles with diameters of 5 um and 1 um. The pump head of the UHP water jet cleaning machine has a water cooled system, which makes our system stable and reliable. Oil pressure system has a self cooling device for operating stability.
- DARDI ultra high pressure water jet cleaning system has an excellent instrument panel to show parameters of the system, such as water temperature, high water pressure, oil temperature, low water pressure, high pressure timer, oil pressure, etc. Pressure wheel is located on the instrument panel. Workers can easily change the water pressure.
